Hi, there i have been trying to tone up as well as losing weight. I find this extremely hard, I want to tone up my thighs mainly but could also do with toning up my abs and arms(bingo wings lol but not really noticable well to me they are but u no lol) and i found that swimming really helps because you are using every muscle in your body so you're toning up as well as burning that fat off. Please help me tone up myself because i don't feel comfortable going swimming at the moment cause i am to flabby lol. Please help !!!!!
